Class Schedule

"Beast Fitness... Or rather Brendan and all the awesome people at Beast really pushed me off on my strength training journey. Brendan taught me how to clean+jerk and snatch, and I'll be doing my first weightlifting comp in January! Always thankful for this place existing, and the way our north country community built me up mentally and physically. Hard to think of any specific PR's, only because there was too many to remember... the most important thing I took away from beast was the idea you could actually do things if you really wanted to do them.... which is pretty cool. I know i'll see you all soon!"
